USGA GHIN Handicap

Greetings all golfers,

As we approach the start of the 2024 golf season, now is a great time to sign up and
establish a USGA GHIN handicap. The fee for the 2024 season is $30 per person for
the year. By signing up for GHIN, you will be able to post scores by downloading the
USGA GHIN app on your smartphone or tablet. Having an established handicap, along
with the GHIN app, will give you the benefits of knowing your course handicap at any
golf course, GPS yardage app, and will also help you to be eligible to play in
tournaments that require USGA handicaps. Having an established handicap will give
you a better idea on how you stack up against your golfing friends and will also help us
out in having balanced events at our 2 great courses. My goal is to get as many golfers
to sign up for a GHIN handicap so that we can one day hold a Member Guest event, a
Ryder Cup event and much more!

As a USGA GHIN member, you may post scores from any course you play, whether it
be 9 or 18 holes. The score posting season for our region runs April 1 through
November 14.

Tuesday Night Ladies League Meeting

The Tuesday Night Ladies League will be holding their annual meeting on Tuesday, March 26 at 6:00 at the Northwinds Peninsula Golf Club clubhouse.  Anyone interested in playing this season, please plan to attend.

Do Not Forget to Sign Up for the Club Championship!

To all our club and league members:

The Club Championship will be held August 26 and 27.  The sign up sheet is located at the clubhouse at Northwinds Peninsula Golf Club.  This is a two day event.  Day one will be at Northwinds Golf Course and day 2 will be at the Peninsula Club.
